Each of our Isabella Large Everyday Tote Bags are handmade in Guatemala with full grain leather and vintage huipil. Each huipil has been previously worn and cherished by an indigenous woman, and after it has lived a long life, it is upcycled into a unique and beautiful part of each bag.
The textile was sustainably sourced at the textile market in Panajachel. Your purchase supports the slow fashion movement and providing dignified job opportunities to indigenous artisans in Guatemala.
